Preschool Classes
Our program is based upon a varieties of skills, musical activities and rhythm to enhance your child’s overall development.
Ninja Zone
Ninja Zone is a discipline inspired from Obstacle Course Training, Gymnastics, Street Dance, & Martial Arts.
Recreational Classes
LGA follows the guidlines of the USAG gymnastics level 1-4 for both
boys and gilrs.
Cheer Tumble Classes
Our program isUSASF (US All Star Federation for Cheer & Dance Teams) Levels 1-4 Tumbling & Safety Rules & Regulations.
